Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This website is run by KALPATTARU ENTERPRISES INDIA, of 2nd Floor, Plot No 127/98, Kalpattaru Enclave, Professor Colony Chowk, Above Titan Eye Plus, Vedant Nagar, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra 414003 ("we", "us"), under the name A'Nagar Cycling Club. Organizers publish events here, and people discover them and register. By creating an account or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.
Who does what
Each event is run by the organizer named on its page. The organizer decides the event's details, prices, rules and refunds, and is responsible for holding the event. We provide the website, take the registration and the payment for the organizer, send your confirmation and e-ticket, and pay the organizer what is due to them.
Accounts
- You can register for an event as a guest, without an account, or create an account to see all your registrations in one place.
- Give your real name and contact details, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Organizers give their business details, and each event is checked by us before it is published.
- We may suspend or delete an account, and cancel its registrations, for misbehaviour, abuse, harassment, threats, hate speech, or caste-based or other discriminatory conduct - on our website or at our events.
Registering for an event
- The registration form asks for what the organizer needs to run the event - for example your date of birth, an emergency contact, or your T-shirt size. Answer truthfully: the organizer relies on it.
- Some tickets have a minimum age. If yours does, we check it against the date of birth you give.
- A participant under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent for their taking part and for their data to be used as our Privacy Policy describes.
- While you pay, your seat is held for a limited time, shown during registration. If the payment isn't completed in that time, the seat is released and nothing is charged.
- Your registration is confirmed once your payment is received (at once for a free ticket). We then email your confirmation and a link to your e-ticket.
- Your e-ticket has a QR code that is scanned once at the entry. Keep it to yourself: whoever shows it first is checked in. Tickets are personal: each is issued in the participant's name and can't be transferred to another person.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees. The total you pay, including GST where the event charges it, is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, using the methods it offers (such as UPI, cards and net banking). We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
- Where an event charges GST, a tax invoice is issued for your payment, and a link to it is emailed to you.
Cancellations and refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a confirmed registration can't be cancelled from the website - refunds are decided by the event's organizer - and if an event is cancelled, everyone who paid is refunded in full.
Changes to an event
An organizer may need to change an event's date, time or venue. The event page always shows the current details; check it before you travel.
Taking part
Many events here are sports events - rides, runs and treks - and some are concerts and other gatherings. By registering, you agree that:
- You are medically fit to take part. If you have a health condition, or aren't sure, ask a doctor before the event.
- You take part at your own risk. Events like these carry risks - such as injury, falls, traffic, weather, difficult terrain and crowds - that care can reduce but not remove.
- You will follow the organizer's rules and the safety instructions of its staff, volunteers and the authorities. The organizer may stop anyone from taking part whose condition or behaviour puts them or others at risk.
- You are responsible for your own belongings at the event.
Organizers
An organizer must describe its event accurately, hold it as described, follow the law, and answer its participants' questions. The fee we charge an organizer is agreed with that organizer.
Using the website fairly
Don't misuse the website: no automated registrations or scraping, no holding seats you don't mean to pay for, no fake details, and nothing that disrupts it for others. We may refuse a registration or close an account that does.
Content
The website and its design are ours. Organizers keep the rights to their event descriptions and pictures, and allow us to show them on the website and in our emails.
Our responsibility
Our total liability to you for anything to do with a registration is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect costs, such as travel or accommodation, if an event is changed or cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Ahmednagar.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@nagarevents.co.in.
