Refund & Cancellation Policy

While you pay, your seat is held for a limited time. You can cancel the registration yourself before paying, or simply let the time run out - the seat is released and nothing is charged.

A confirmed registration - paid, or a free ticket - can't be cancelled from the website. To cancel it or ask for a refund, contact the event's organizer, or write to support@nagarevents.co.in with your registration code, and we'll pass it on.

• Registrations are generally non-refundable.
• In rare cases, the organizer may give a full or partial refund, at its sole discretion.
• A full refund cancels your registration, and your e-ticket stops working. After a partial refund your registration stays confirmed and you can still attend.
• Not attending, or arriving late, doesn't make you due a refund.
• Tickets are personal and can't be transferred to another person.

When the organizer cancels an event, everyone who paid gets a full refund of what they paid, automatically - you don't need to ask. We email you when the event is cancelled and again when your refund is sent.

If an event is postponed, your registration stays valid for the new date. Any refund is at the organizer's discretion.

• Refunds go back to the account, card or UPI ID you paid with, through Razorpay. We don't charge anything extra to refund you.
• Once a refund is approved, it reaches you within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Where your payment had a tax invoice, a credit note is issued for the refund.

If money left your account but your registration wasn't confirmed - for example the time to pay ran out just as you paid - write to support@nagarevents.co.in with the payment reference. We check it with Razorpay and either confirm your registration or refund the payment within 5-7 working days.
